A 75-day contract with yourself

Write the rules. Keep them 75 days.

You set the rules on Day 0 and decide there what a missed day costs. After that it is one screen: today's rules, checked off before midnight, and one more stone on the row.

Seven days free, then $39.99 a year. No account, and the row never leaves your phone.

Day 12 of 75: the stone row and today's five rules, two still open
01

You set the rules, not a template.

Pick a preset like 75 Hard or 75 Soft, or write your own five. Morning, anytime, evening. Water, pages, movement — whatever you actually intend to do, in your words.

One check a day. Then it's a stone.

The row grows one stone per day, and the month shows the whole of it: placed, today, still ahead, skipped. No streak flames, no confetti, no red.

Missing a day is a rule, not a surprise.

Strict: an unfinished day puts you back to Day 1. Lenient: one skip is a gap in the row; two in a row restarts it. You choose on Day 0, you can change it in Settings, and the app never shames you either way.

Questions people ask before Day 1.

Is there a free version? No. There is a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan, and export is free forever, so you never lose your record.
Does it track weight or calories? No. Tallyrow tracks whether you kept your rules. It gives no diet, no weight targets and reads no health data.
Can I run more than one challenge? One at a time in this version. Finishing or restarting starts a new row; earlier runs stay in your history.
What if I change my mind about strict?Settings › If a day is missed. The new rule applies from tomorrow; the row you already have stays as it is.

Day 1 is whenever you decide it is.

Seventy-five days is long enough to become someone who keeps their word, and short enough to see the end from here.
